Snorkeling Paradise

The snorkeling experience at Nika Island was beyond amazing! The house reef was vibrant with life, and I saw an array of beautiful fish right from the beach. My stay at the resort was a mixed bag. The island itself is stunning, perfect for a tropical getaway with friendly staff who made our time enjoyable. The food was excellent, but I found some aspects lacking, particularly regarding the upkeep of the villas and the service charges that seemed excessive. Overall, if you prioritize budget-friendly options and enjoy beautiful scenery, this place could still be a good fit.

The beach villa we stayed in was a bit disappointing. While it had beautiful features and air conditioning in the bedroom, the main living area felt stifling without air conditioning. There were also issues with cleanliness, as we encountered pests and the maintenance was not at the expected level.

The staff, especially individuals like Mr. Thandi and Mr. Anand, were wonderful. They were attentive and provided excellent service that truly enhanced our experience. However, there were times when the overall service felt a bit disjointed, possibly due to the hotel's operational choices.
